New Orleans faces bleak future: City will encounter extraordinary problems in rebuilding
Still, from an engineering standpoint and with enough money, rebuilding is an option. But another hurdles is, even if the city is rebuilt, will homeowners and businesses every be able to buy insurance for a future catastrophy?!
