Kerry: Need to strengthen affirmative action..still discrimination...should be saying we need to continue to work to provide equality of opportunity....ok "Mend it, don't amend it"...Good attack on Bush dissing the NAACP, Black Congressional Caucus...

Bush: Slow start...hitting on education which is good, a big issue in inner-cities (like DC)....but I'm not sure where he's goining...Bush just mispoke...He does support contract bundling for what it's worth....

FAITH AND POLICY

Bush: Faith plays a big part in his life...not as eloquent as he could be on this issue, I know he has strong beliefs and he should be able to answer this better, this is his strong point....but he's mumbly again....is it being percieved as heartfelt or just him being a mumbly-joe....
