Poor Frist. Puppy ran the wrong way. Good thing Bush was there to correct him. I wonder if he used a rolled up newspaper.

Seriously though, it's really great that the Senate is openly following the commands of the executive branch. With such willing collaboration, who really needs a system of checks and balances?
