Elephant In Exile

Hmmm...this was definitely the lamest of the debates..repetitive and both candidates were off thier best. Bush started strong, but seemed to fade and relapse into a performace approximating his first debate performace. Kerry wasn't at his best either though, he seemed tired. But despite the fact that Kerry was tired, he was consistent. Bush was inconsistent and his occasional attempts at folksiness impressed me as crossing the line into flip. His closing statement was a bit forced and stumbling..... My call is this... Kerry gets the win on consistency of delivery only, Bush was way off his mark with the exception of only one or two questions. That's my initial impression, I'll sleep on it and see how it settles out in the morning.
