Time to Scrap NASA

Better, Faster, Cheaper

Let's see, Burt Rutan can replicate Allen Sheppard's Mercury 7 flight, and did it for about 1/100th the cost of NASA. So, why does the federal government still need to be involved in spending $500 million dollars per shuttle launch for dubios purposes? Time to scrap our governments funding for manned space flight and leave it to the private sector.
