Total Disconnect
Bush, Hastert and Frist just don't get it.
First there was Bush's ultra lame attempt to attack Kerry in the debate for a 'spending gap' between his proposals and revenue. (Never mind that Bush has implemented and promised programs that will cost trillions more than Kerry). Then there was Hastert attacking Senator McCaine's call for spending cuts, not First is sending out letters saying that:
Um...Yeah, I guess. Of course the last time we had a Democratic president (or at the very least..split government) we had a surplus...but never mind that....truth is no match for extending the facade of republican revolution.

want BIGGER GOVERNMENT and HIGHER TAXES. They want MORE OF YOUR
HARD-EARNED MONEY to spend on their big-government programs.
