Thousands of Displaced Poor, Minorities May Stay in Texas
You know, behind the scenes, Mr. Delay is probably a bit nervous that his master plan to redistrict Texas to solidify the GOP advantage in that state might take a big hit if these folks decide to stay. . . and you know they won't forget those days sitting in excrement in the Convention Center and Superdome.
